Ibn ‘Abbās (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (eating the flesh of) all carnivorous animals which have fangs and all birds which have talons. [Sahih/Authentic] - [Muslim]

عن ابن عباس -رضي الله عنهما- «أن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- نَهَى عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِن السِّبَاع، وعَن كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِن الطَّيْرِ». [صحيح.] - [رواه مسلم.]
